Price Structure for 2009/2010

Monday to Thursday we require a minimum of 20 adults.

Friday and Sunday we require a minimum of 60 adults for the wedding lunch with a minimum of an extra 45 adults for the evening buffet.
Saturdays we require a minimum of 80 adults for the wedding lunch plus a minimum of an extra 45 adults for the evening buffet.
Which ever day is chosen, you will have sole use of the premises, with no hiring or extra charges.
Prices based on a Saturday Wedding. (Minimum of 80 adults)
Our maximum numbers are 90 for the main meal plus a further 70 guests for the evening
The above figures include VAT. Please allow a variation of 5% either way.
We hope that the explanations and figures will be of help. Nothing is "carved in stone" with us, and we are tataly flexible and happy to discuss any special requirments

We endeavour to be flexible and in certain circumstances the above minimum requirements can de discussed.

A four course meal cooked to order including a trolley of home made sweets and coffee, all silver served with one waitress to approimately 10 persons.

Buffet
Freshly cooked during the afternoon to include Sirlon of Beef, Chicken in Barbecue, fresh Salmon, shell fish and Chicken curry, kept hot in a chaffing dish ect.
The above, is of course, an idea and can be varied to suit your special requirments. The chosen main menu may be sent to your accepting guests, who, should they have a problem, dietry or otherwize can phone us and change the menu to suit their personal meeds.
Suggested Drinks
Pimms on arival plus 1/3 bottle of quality house wine per person. Plus a good sparkling wine for the toast.

Special Buffet to include:

ect, etc, waitress attended.
Cost £27.90 per person = £1,255.50
 
Total cost to include afternoon and evening ( including VAT)
£6,775.50
The above minimums only apply to Saturday with no hiring or extra charges.
