Sweep along the driveway and you will be captivated by the charm and elegance of our fine Victorian Mansion set in one of the most beautiful and historically interesting venues in Kent.
Under an hours drive from Central London and superb train links, we can accommodate weddings with up to 98 guests with capacity for an additional 72 guests in the evening. We have a large carpark, discreetly hidden in our grounds with ample parking for all your guests.
We’ve recently undergone extensive renovation work adding a superb glass conservatory (with bar!) and sprucing up our gazebo and surrounding patio used for outside ceremonies.

Set in 14 acres of beautiful gardens and orchards bursting with colour throughout the seasons with a natural wildlife area with distant views of the River Thames. Offering excellent facilities for dancing in our Garden room, leading onto our Victorian conservatory, this is an extended lounge area for your guests to enjoy.
Irrespective of the numbers we will only have one wedding on any day, offering total privacy and sole use of the premises, with no hiring or hidden charges. Also, regardless of the numbers, the brides table will have full view of all her guests.
We are happy for you to personalise the Venue bringing your own flowers etc to suit the colour and theme of your Wedding day.

We consider Food to be one of the most essential elements to a successful Wedding. All our menus are tailor made to suit your requirements and all food is freshly cooked to order .
The main meal consists of three courses including sweet trolley of homemade desserts.

Our getting ready room is the perfect space for all your preparations. Located in the centre of the house – this large room is bathed in natural light, plush furnishings, Bluetooth stereo / radio.
Just meters away from a washroom and able to easily accommodate larger bridal parties. The room is ideal for photos and will make you look absolutely fabulous on your wedding day.

A three course meal prepared by our chef including a sweet trolley of homemade deserts and coffee & tea served.
A half bottle of house wine per person to be served during dinner (options of Red, White & Rose)
A glass of sparkling wine to be served during the speeches
A hot & cold Evening buffet for your guests
- Flowers throughout the venue and Wedding breakfast tables (Flowers are white & cream)
Fairy lights throughout the Venue
Stay in our Coach House overnight on the night of your Wedding inc. breakfast
A ‘get ready’ room which you can gain access to from 8am on the day of your Wedding
- Resident DJ for the Evening (7pm – midnight) who you would liase with re style of music etc. Background music throughout the venue until 1am
